With an extremely fast turn over period from when i first enquired and to the changes i wanted to make to the draft copies made this whole process quick, easy and rewarding. After engaging and paying up front in full for my partners updated resume we were unable to reach Sonia for 3 days. She apologised saying she was in training. ‍ Then she complained she had to employ someone on a weekend to do the work she was too busy to do during the week?

All we required was a fairly simple upgrade and resume update. 2 pages plus a cover letter which we paid extra for.
When we finally received it it had over 6 errors that we had outlined to update. It was a back and forth process for another 3 days to correct all these as she was difficult to contact.
She would fix one and forget another.
Then waiting for her to fix her mistake. Again.
We didn't end up using the linked in profile device and asked for the $65 refund.
We had to text and email 4 times over a week before she finally refunded the money but decided to short change us and only refund $45.
No explanation
Horrible, stressful and frustrating customer service experience.Do not recommended
