Easy web site to use, fast shipping, quality products. I would not hesitate to use Allivet. Much chea per than vet prices. I am a repeat customer and will continue to orde r from ALLIVET.
It took over a month to receive my prescriptions. When I received my 12 month supply, 10 of them were expired. They refused to reimburse me or send me a return label. Also, tremendous language barrier with staff.
For the products my dogs need, Allivet has offered the best price. Whenever there has been question relating to price, I have called Cust Svc and they adjust the price. Am very happy with autoship.
They send emails instead of calling about something important. I ordered 2 items one is out of stock. Instead of sending the in stock item, I have to cancel the order, reorder and hope I remember to reorder the out of stock item. The e mails went to spam over the past week and not hearing from me why not call me? Then they would not send flea med express even though I thought it had been sent a week ago. Back to 800PETMEDS where they care about customer service.
All of the above! I love the convenience of using your site, but I really love that your rates are reasonable and that you take care of contacting my Vet for me!
I am happy with the selection and pricing of the medications. Only issue is shipping out medications takes a while. Sometimes I need my pet's medications sooner than that. I know I could do faster shipping options, but I don't want to pay the price because I'm already spending over $50 on product
I ordered what I wanted and took their advice and emailed my vet to let them know what I was ordering and boom, had the meds I needed very quickly and hate to say it but much cheaper than at my vets - which is why I switched to getting them here in the first place. Plus I can get the drugs I want, not what the VCA wants me to have. I'd recommend to anyone.

Allivet prices are so much less expensive than my Vets. If that wasnt enough, its just so easy to use. Order the meds you want and they take care of contacting the vet. And, the meds show up quickly. I wish everything was so easy and economical.
