They send emails instead of calling about something important. I ordered 2 items one is out of stock. Instead of sending the in stock item, I have to cancel the order, reorder and hope I remember to reorder the out of stock item. The e mails went to spam over the past week and not hearing from me why not call me? Then they would not send flea med express even though I thought it had been sent a week ago. Back to 800PETMEDS where they care about customer service.
