The whole transaction of ordering my dog's meds was smooth, from placing the order online to picking up the package from my front porch. I didn't have to worry about a script; Allivet took care of all of that. Their price for Gracie's meds can't be beat; and believe me, I shopped around.
I would highly recommend Allivet for all of your pet needs!

My recent order was shipped on Oct. 27th. Was due to be delivered on Nov. 6 th. Still have not received it, as scheduled, by 10pm on Nov. 6th. I live in Missouri and it left Lubbock Texas at 5:30 pm on Nov. 6th. How is it taking so long!
I love the convenience of auto-ship for my dogs medication. I don't have to worry about running out. They contact the vet to renew the script.
Very good overall though script labels should have larger print. Shipping can take awhile sometimes, especially when vet approval is needed. On hold for way too long when calling in. Good prices.
Getting meds for my dog delivered to my door is very helpful. There is some delay on prescription requests to my Vet but neither Allivet or my Vet is owning up to who is at fault for the delay.
I dont always ck my email everyday and when I ck my order status because I have it set up to send automatically and it stars it has been shipped then to only find out several days later that it hasnt because it wasnt authorized by the vet which for some reason you have to get preapproved for EVERY shipment that I get and then I run out of meds. That is the most upsetting thing about mail order. I feel that the script comes in and should have refills on them and you shouldnt have to get an approval everytime a script gets filled.
Allivet has saved me a ton of time and worry. It used to be such a hassle picking up perscritiosn for mutiple dogs, now I don't have to worry about that and my dog always have the meds and on time.
I love that allivet's prices are less than anywhere else I have looked.

Allivet has a better selection and more reasonable prices for pet meds vs going through my vet or using the vet's auto-refill policy. I was glad to find them. Getting my refills via Allivet is seamless. I do find the shipping a bit pricey. What would help is to work with the vets to get 3-month supplies to minimize shipping costs, similar to what humans have with mail-in pharmacies for humans. I don't know if that can be an option for most meds. I order multi-month supplies of flea and heartworm treatment, but Thyroid is by single month.
It was delivered when they said it would, great price, will do business again...
I've been doing auto refill for several months & I haven't had any problems. The medicine arrives promptly each month.

Every time I called and need to change anything on my account they are happy and will help me. Very reliable as well.
Through the years I have had a couple of dogs on medication and I found Allivet to have much better prices than my vet had to offer and whenever I need to order medicine I just pick up the phone and call.The staff are always friendly and helpful and the medication comes in a just a few days. I have never had a bad experience with Allivet and will continue to use them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet, I have told a few friends and they use Allivet too.

I get all my dogs meds from Allivet. I place the order and they take care of everything else. They usually have my order out the next day (if in stock) and I get my meds 3-7 business days. Now the insulin much quicker because it has to come with dry ice.
