I order insulin for my cat on a monthly basis, and it has to be cold-shipped which costs an additional $29! All that cold-shipping entails is putting a couple of ice packs in the box with the insulin, so I'm not sure why the price is so high. Other than that, I've been happy with the timeliness of the shipping once the order is placed. But there needs to be a way to reduce that cold-shipping price!

I love the convenience of just ordering them online and having them delivered. It is much better then having you run to the pharmacy every month.

They carry a large variety of medications and make the on line purchase process quite easy. They will contact the vet to obtain the script, and standard delivery is quite fast.
