I have been getting my dogs flea medications for a few years now from Allivet, and have been pleased with the easy ordering and the fast delivery. I have always received an email with expected delivery date and that date is accurate.

This mail order service is very convenient, and saves us roughly 50% over what the vet was charging us for our dog's medication. My only complaint is that every few months we get to the point that the auto re-order is happening before we are even half way through the previous 30-day box.
I have previously written very positive reviews for Allivet but the quality of their customer service has declined over the last year. Anything coming from the pharmacy seems to take a long time... and this is not due to the shipping because once I get the email that my order is on the way, I usually receive it very quickly. And it is also not the fault of my vet's office because even refills are slow. In the last year, two of my orders have been incorrect and communication has been poor. Both times, the representative who answered the phone when I called about the mistakes gave me incorrect information. I got smart the second time and asked to speak to a supervisor. I think this is the only way to get issues resolved if you have a problem. My most recent order was correct, but was slow. I still am using Allivet because they have what I want at competitive pricing but I am more aware now of their limitations.
The shipping is never what they say it is... I pay for overnight shipping and it comes 4 days later.
Been using allivet for about 3 years, great customer service also great prices. A lot better prices than our vet. Get a notification when too expect shipments, which is very helpful.
Our 12-year old dachshund takes the most expensive medicine in the house - thanks to Allivet, we are able to get it for half the price of anywhere else.

My dog is on Vetrol and the customer service is great. If I have a problem they fix it right away. They remind you when the order is due and l et you know when the vet approves the prescription
My Pug Sassy has an Auto immune disease that requires her to Take Atopica twice daily to live. Allivet has been extremely helpful in the delivery of her medication. Sometimes its difficult to get the vets approval in a timely manor. N the staff at Allivet has been helpful in this.
