No problems. I ordered off a previous order. This is a nice feature. But... somehow I managed to place the order twice... so I had to redo.
Allivet offers me fast free shipping of our required lactated ringers and related items needed to help administer Sub-Q fluids to our pet. They offer the supplies at a price well below the local pharmacy and at almost 1/4 of the price from our Vet. We are appreciative of the service and value we have received!

I have an older dog who needs regular anti inflammatories and eye medication. Allivet's prices are 50% less than what I would pay at the vet. They are fast to process and ship and they contact my vet for approval when needed.
I'm very happy with allivet. When I started using allivet (about 2 years ago) I did some research and discovered the prices were the best. The prices did take a jump in the first of the year. I might do another study, but I'm very happy with their service.
I started using Allivet when my 10 year old Great Dane began requiring daily pain meds. They were much too expensive to keep buying from the vet. Not only did Allivet have great prices, but with autoship, they send me refills ahead of running out, and contact my vet for approval. If my vet doesn't respond in a day or so, they let me know and keep trying. The communication, customer service, and prices make it so easy to keep my Dane healthy - I highly recommend Allivet!

I'm new, and my first order arrived in a timely manner. My refill of that order 7 weeks later was processed immediately and I was notified that it shipped, but day after day when I tracked it, it sat in Florida. Once it started moving, it got here in 2 days, so I don't blame USPS. I had literally zero of my dog's vital heart tablets left when it arrived. Not a good feeling to leave a customer with, guys. And, yeah, it fell within the 5-10 day shipping period, but my first order, as is usual with pkgs. From Florida, arrived in a couple of days. I would like to know why it sat it Florida for 4-5 days after I was emailed that it had shipped, so I could understand how early I have to order refills.
While I have ordered many times from Allivet because they do have the best prices I have had numerous issues with them saying they did not receive the prescription from my vet even though the vet has sent it and provides me with a day/time stamp they faxed it. I spend a lot of time on the phone getting the order to be all set. This has not happened every time but has happened enough for me not to give 5 stars.

For the most part it is a reliable way to get my dog's monthly meds. There were 2 months where there was a glitch in the auto ship, but they seem to have corrected that.
I am so happy I found Allivet to get my little Indy's Vetmedin. Their prices are so great and fast reliable shipping. I used the prior for another pet and have always been happy with their service!

When my vet told me the cost of the anti inflammatory pain med's my great dane was taking was going up to $180/mo, and oh yeah, he needs to start taking 2 pills twice a day instead of 1 1/2, so that bottle won't even last a full month so actually it'll be more than that, I knew I had to find a more reasonable option. Searching petmeds.com and they were still expensive. Came across Allivet and while it's still $80 (plus shipping) it's saving me $100. I do wish there was information on their site letting you know that it could take up to 4 days for them to get ahold of your vet and then time spent waiting for the medicine to arrive, total it could take a week to 10 days to get it, and if you pay the ungodly amount for 1 day shipping because you got busy and didn't notice how low the pills were getting, it isn't exactly 1 day. It's however long it takes them to get around to contacting the vet and getting approval and then it's 1 day to ship. Heaven help you if you need to order and it's a Friday because the weekend doesn't count at all in their shipping estimate.
I have been very pleased in my dealings with Allivet. Searching the website is easy, the selection of products is good, ordering is easy, delivery time is reasonable, and prices are competitive. Plus, they keep you informed about the status of your orders.
Never have a problem with them. I order, they ship, it shows up! Products are packaged well and show up in perfect condition. The cost savings is amazing to what you pay at the vet and it is the exact same medications. The vets out there make plenty of money off of us, they don't need to make more off the drugs our animals need. Thank You Allivet, I will always use you!
Excellent customer service! I had accidentally hit autoship and they were very helpful in reversing it and giving me my money back. Very friendly. Much cheaper than my vet.
