I would recommend this service to everyone. It was quick and easy. I will be using Allivet for all of my pet's prescriptions. I purchase flea and tick medication for my two dogs here. Allivet seems to have the best prices, and of course the free and fast shipping helps too. I also appreciate that they communicate with my vet directly to have the medication prescribed and refilled.

Had excellent service, was unsure of how to unsuspend my autoship and receive an order immediately, so I call phone # and David assisted me with all my needs and helped me redeem my points for a $25 savings also, I was extremely happy with his assistance and he was polite and extremely helpful! Great service, fast delivery, will contact vet if new script is needed, prices are less than vet for same scripts, have been using for over a year now
I ordered worming medicine in mid December. I received 11 emails claiming my vet could not be reached,( although they have been in business for well over 50 years...). Finally spoke to a customer service person that assured me she would personally call them and call me right back and it appeared she had. She said my vet would need to fax the script, which she said would now happen and my order would be overnighted due to the inordinate amount of time this was taking. Today a week later, not only do I not have the product I get another "12th attempt... my order was cancelled per my request. The phone now rings in perpetual busy. ORDER from this place at your own risk. NOT worth whatever I would have saved. My animals are still sick, Shame on you!
My experience with Allivet has been most satisfactory. Their selection and pricing is great and the time from placing an order to it arriving at my home has been almost astonishingly fast. Will continue ordering my pets' medication and food from Allivet.

First 2 months of service was fine now in January they said it was shipped on 1-3-2018 and today is 1-10-2018 and i haven't received it yet.
At the suggestion of my veterinarian, I researched the option to order the Vetmedin that I needed for a lesser price. Allivet had what I needed, for quite a bit less than what my vet could offer. It arrived quickly. It was not old product - the expiration date was for 2019! I am happy with the service, the ease, the price, the speed ~ I will order again.
I get my dog's Rimadyl through Allivet. The process of sending in the vet's prescription information was a bit clunky but once the medication was in the system it was a breeze to reorder.
I ordered mynitem beg of december never received it an still have not recieved a refund. Very poor business ethics
We have been using allivet for 6 months now and its very convenient. It does a few days sometimes to get the scripts approved. Overall worth it.
