Reminder service by email is helpful. I cannot order more than one filter at a time due to the age of my fridge. If a person orders two, they get free shipping. Free shipping should be offered to all purchasers. Not much savings because of the shipping charges.

Package and a couple of filters were damaged. Customer service is excellent! Wish there was an option to reset the filter replacement notification when needed.
