The Filters arrived on time and were exactly as I ordered. What I liked was that I was able to order a package of six filters and that was hard to find anywhere else.

I called to ask about the specifics of a product and had no problem connecting with a human! He was courteous, helpful and answered my questions. I have been buying from them for about five years and will continue.

I wish this site could replace all outdated things! They save your info so whenever you need it, they have it on file and it's so easy to replace. Highly recommend.

All is good except the generic filters don't fit the Bosch refrigerator as well as original equipment (they work but with much more effort nd some failures to install)

Reminder service by email is helpful. I cannot order more than one filter at a time due to the age of my fridge. If a person orders two, they get free shipping. Free shipping should be offered to all purchasers. Not much savings because of the shipping charges.
