Been ordering for a while. Always recieve a reminder so don't run out. Go into previous orders and look up numbers, place new order and arrives in few days.

I pay less for the three filter multipack here than I had previously paid for a single filter from the OEM, and the quality is excellent! I can always get the brand, I prefer but the price is costly. I know they are now selling alternatives; however, the parts are not always best, for the appliance, for longevity and low maintenance.

For my Triton 4" filters, the weather strip/foam tape was installed on the wrong side of the rectangle filter, so the filters did not fit properly in the filter box.

Looked for a more reasonable priced filter and found this product. The price was great, the delivery time was longer than expected. At 1st I didn't think the filter would work, it has an adaptor to fit my model that I wasn't sure about. I placed the filters and it went in just fine. But my filter light did not go off, finally figured out I needed to reset the warning. So everything works just as it should.

The Filters arrived on time and were exactly as I ordered. What I liked was that I was able to order a package of six filters and that was hard to find anywhere else.

I called to ask about the specifics of a product and had no problem connecting with a human! He was courteous, helpful and answered my questions. I have been buying from them for about five years and will continue.
