I have been purchasing filters from you for quite some time. I have submitted a resale certificate to stop paying sales tax. Every time I order, I must call in the order and attempt to receive a deduction for the sales tax. Please note: What sales tax do you charge? Your local rate of my local rate? If you charge California sales tax
Or any out of state order a sales tax, it is illegal. How do you pay the California sales tax and others states sales tax to the correct office? You don't. Therefore, you are collecting sales tax that is not paid to the appropriate office. You are keeping the sales tax which, by doing so, is no longer sales tax. If you pay the sales tax to your state and local offices, then you are probably collecting the wrong sales tax rate and crediting it to the wrong location. I have been selling all across the united states for years and have NEVER collected sales tax when the product is shipped out of state. How do we correct this problem so I can order on line without having to call your order department each and every time.
Please address my order number ******* placed this date and credit the sales tax of whatever percent and amount.
