I admit, I got sucked into the ease of using other online stores, like Amazon. But I remember researching to see if there were better prices and AllFilters seemed too good to be true at first. However, I've been getting my refrigerator filters for a few years from them with no problems and even some help when I did encounter one. Very helpful. Now upgrading to get my HVAC air filters from the too! Definitely recommend them to others, if you're looking to give someone else a shot!

The faucet filter replacements are what I ordered and arrived in good condition.
It took DHL over a week to move the package from Utah to the USPS facility in Denver, and USPS promptly delivered it to me on the western slope. DHL gets predominantly negative reviews. Please stop using this poorly run delivery company.
