Needed a water filter for my refrigerator. I ordered 1 filter and a reminder to order again. I accidentally made three separate orders. Customer service called, texted and emailed me to clarify what I wanted. Then they made sure I was refunded for the two additional orders. I also received my order in a matter of a few days. I am happy with the product, directions and as I have said excellent customer service.
I have been going To All Filters for years and now for my second refrigerator - While they have the manufacturer's filters in stock, they are also a good source for aftermarket brands that may do the same job. Check the specifications to make sure the filter is designed to remove what you are concerned about.
I've been ordering direct from this company for 4 years now. I found the same type of filter on Walmart but they were about 10% higher than All Filers. I am very pleased with the quality of the filters and the shipping time.
Little challenging navigating on the smart phone. Had 2 filters in my cart and had to leave and come back and the cart was empty. Being first time on the site had to spend an hour finding them again and only found one. Wanting to end on a positive note. Prices are stellar. Nice job.
