I bought one set of Rejuvenite pillows long ago at a mattress store and loved them. After replacing countless cheap pillows in the guest room, I decided to buy another set of Rejuvenite pillows. Still expensive, but the best price after shopping around was with AllergyBuyersClub. The transaction was easy and shipping was surprisingly fast. I don't even have allergies... but I would definitely recommend this company for their excellent prices and service.
God help you if you need to return anything to Allergy Buyers Club. I unknowingly purchased a defective, loud, leaky $400 dehumidifier that had been falsely advertised as quiet. (A customer service rep later confirmed that the decibel level advertised on their website was incorrect.) Despite the false advertising and the faulty product, the company refused to guarantee that they would pay the return shipping. They said I could mail the dehumidifier back, but they wavered on whether they would pay the return shipping costs or not. The worst part of this whole fiasco was getting bullied by a customer service representative named Angie. I wish I had read the reviews on this website before purchasing anything from them.
Interesting and informative website with many products listed --- however... user reviews are screened and my review of a humidifier was never posted (Pure Guardian H4500... shows ZERO user reviews and one critic (employee) review.) Since I believe scathing reviews are useful -- and they won't post them --- the site has less utility. (They could always add a comment and rebut a review if they don't agree with it -- but you just won't see it --- because they won't post it)
They have live on-line chat also, but after about 5 minutes -- they just ignore you and move on to a different customer...
Perhaps not the cheapest, but these people are great at helping you find what you need and stand by their products. I buy my heaters and air purifiers and such from them as do my friends and family. I had something arrive without legs and even though I took a couple of months to open the package (my fault), I contacted the company and the leveling legs were on my porch the next day. LOVE this company (unlike Appliances Connection my personal nightmare - My point is that a deal is not always a deal - with Allergy Buyers a deal IS a deal!)
The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was the original air cleaner had issues with the filter. Customer service Samantha was excellent. Call was returned immediately even though I left no message. Replacement filter was sent at no cost and customer service followed up with emai to check status.

I ordered an item on Wednesday. On Saturday, I still had not been notified that my order had shipped. On the phone, customer service told me they could cancel my order and I would receive confirmation of the cancellation Monday. I never received confirmation of the cancellation, and customer service did not respond to my emails. Since I had cancelled the item, I purchased it from another source. I finally received the order from Allergy Buyer's Club. Now, I am told that I may have to pay return shipping. I wouldn't have to return the shipment at all if they had not told me they would cancel the item when they didn't. Very dissatisfied.
I got a few tips from people over at this website, ordered some meds. They arrived, a week later.
This is the worst company ever for customer service. I have been trying for almost a month, with multiple emails and phone calls trying to resolve a return and get my account refunded. Help me! Nothing should be this slow, complicated, difficult or confusing. It is the most straightforward return ever and damaged items in shipping should be instantly corrected. This has been very stressful!
Worst company. I bought an Apollo 2000 electric heater to heat a bedroom that gets very cold in the winter. Product came late with no ship tracking info, and it was the worst, smelled terrible and I could not use. Called for an RMA and was told that someone would bet back to me 5 days later no call from them (Typical). Finally I dogged their heels and they got me a return label by email. I sent it back and called to find out why they had not refunded my money. Was told again someone would follow up the next day and no one did. I will never buy from them and I recommend you say away as they are the absolute worst.
They're web sight clearly states 30 day return policy. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a retun authorization. I've caller 6 times, filled a complaint with PayPal, and still no response from company. Don't know what to do next. The item doesn't work and I don't want it even if it did work.

Abysmal order processing capabilities and horrendous customer service: rude, inept, unhelpful. This is just not the way to run a web based business. Recommend to seriously avoid -- I know I will absolutely never place another order from AEB again.
In an era where companies work hard to build a good customer service reputation. This company does not know the meaning of good customer service. Some one else called them a fraud in their review and I would have to agree. I tried to return an item and they would not respond to my requests to return the item. After many phone calls they finally sent me a RA # but they charged me a 25% restock charge and I had to pay for return freight. Run away from this company and find some one more reputable to deal with.
I only wish I would have read reviews before I purchased from them.
Allergy Buyers Club listed an item on their site as "in stock" and ready to ship. I chose them for that reason, because on the manufacturer AirPura's site the same item was listed as a 3-4 week delivery. After a weeks time and the order status still listed as " processing" I called ABC. Their rep told me "Oh, AirPura just told us they're 3-4 weeks out". After 3-4 weeks the item is still listed by ABC as "in stock". DO NOT BUY FROM ABC
I ordered this pure and dry dehumidifier online on a Sunday. Thought I had done everything all right but received an email telling me that my order was incomplete? So went back and tried ordering it again and got another email telling me that my order was incomplete? Checked my credit card and yes I just ordered 2 units. Called the 1 888 number and was told that I had to wait for Monday to solve the problem. Needless to say that it took 10 days to get my money back on my credit card. Moral of the story do not order on Sunday or Saturday as you will get some automated message that is incorrect.

I purchased a high end humidifier and it stopped working within 10 days of receiving. I have submitted a defective product notice with this company on 3/15/17 and I have yet to receive any communication for where my refund stands. They only want to troubleshoot the problem at first and now I haven't heard any feedback for almost 10 days. Bad service, bad products. I recommend not using this company.
Ordered an air purifier, paid for overnight shipping. They called two days later to tell me it wasn't in stock! They will refund, but not the shipping cost (82$). Blatant rip-off! I am so frustrated and annoyed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I've purchased several high-ticket items over the past 10 years. I don't trust their internal product reviews, but after searching all review sites, the products I have purchased were delivered quickly and functioned well. However, in the middle of December, I purchased a humidifier. I received the confirmation. Then nothing. This week I chatted with Kellie in customer service. She couldn't locate the order or my NAME, despite my history. I emailed her the order. The following day, she emailed and said the 3 digit code I entered was wrong and the payment was rejected by my bank. End of story. No interest in facilitating the sale. I believe the bank thing bogus, because I've never encountered payment software that will confirm an order until every single detail is correct. They keep sending you back for corrections. But ultimately, its rotten customer service to blame the buyer and then kiss-off the sale to any customer, much less one with a history. I'm moving on, and I suggest any potential buyer do the same.
Spent 1400 on equipment, sales were good, ordered replacement filters, opened them and they smelled like they had been stored in a musty basement for years, called to get them replaced and was told that they can't replace them because I was one week late in telling them that the filters were ruined. I was proactive and ordered them before we needed them and when I opened the box and smelled them called and was told sorry your a week too late for getting replacement filters. Find another company that values you and your Loyalty after they sell you the expensive equipment. Do not use or believe the hype of the website. BUYER BEWARE
