I placed an order for a water filter online on a Sunday afternoon. By Tuesday, I still hadn't received any order confirmation or shipping info. I called and spoke to some. She told me my filter would be shipped that night and I would receive an order confirmation that night and shipping info in the morning. Nothing. I went through this process 3 more time with different representatives and no one ever got back to me once. Finally on the Following Monday I got someone on the phone who told me that they didn't have that filter in stock. If you do use them, make sure that they check their stock before submitting your order and waiting around for a week for nothing.
It has been a circus dealing with this company. Will never do business with them again. Bought a unit that broke after 1 year--very expensive unit-- the company was giving me a hard time with the warranty so called allergy buyers club--they tossed me around to 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE before having a customer service rep call me. After an hour on the phone she assured me not to worry and it wld all be taken care of. It was not. End of next day a completely different person called me to tell me shipping info on something that was not what i was told was going to happen--she was confused because she said this was "passed off to her" and she didn't "know exactly what was going on." COMPLETE waste of my time and money--they wasted 6 hours of my life the day earlier and then an hour today and now I am out a $700 air purifier. Horrible business practice. Disgraceful customer service. Such a shame.
I purchased a Fral fdk54 from this outfit. The unit no longer works. Contacted them for a licensed company for repair, which they do not have. I was told to return unit as it's under warranty, waited for an email with return policy from them. After numerous phone calls and waiting for the policy I was finally told it was not covered. $1,000 machine which in less than two years is now useless to me. Should have done my research about this company first. BUYER BEWARE.
The pump on one of their dehumidifiers didn't work. We ordered the product early, so we'd have it when we moved into our new home, but once we used it, the pump didn't work. I called many times and worked with them to try many troubleshooting steps, but it did not work. The product still worked in bucket mode, so we kept running it like that to avoid high humidity that might leave to mold. They don't want to refund the purchase now, 4 months later.
I purchased a replacement smoke stop filter for my Blue Air 400 series ($108), when I put it into my air filter, it stopped working. Allergy Buyers club will not accept it back for a refund or a merchandise credit.
I was searching for an air purifier when I discovered AllergyBuyersClub.com. I needed help in finding the product that best met my needs. I could not reach a live person, so I left a message with my contact information. It has been over three weeks and no callback. I guess they do not want my business and I do not want to do business with them.

Upon buying 4 pillows that cost me $120 per 2 pack, I opened and tested 2 pillows with the obvious hopes of liking them. They were not at all as described on the site. I called the company and asked for a mailing label to return the two unopened pillows that were still in the box and I was immediately told that they do not take back any bedding products even if they're stil unopened in the box. I was told this is clearly stated in the "fine print" on the website. I was definitely willing to eat the costs of the two opened pillows but don't think it's fair that I shouldn't be able to return unopened products.
Just FYI: They also have a no compromise 30 day return policy on non bedding products.
Buyer be ware. This is the worst company I've dealt with in years. They offered absolutely no help and informed that there is nothing they will do to help make this right... Now I'm out $220. Please look for other vendors to make your purchase through!

Not to mention miserable customer service. I just bought an expensive dehumidifier and found out it takes forever to begin working and works very slowly for a high power dehumidifier. I called to request a return - they make you do a song and a dance stretching over a few days with what they call trouble shooting. Unless you're willing, you don't get return authorization. Then they just hang up on you when you're frustrated and exhausted. I invested on thsi dehumidifer after a mold remediation in a unoccupied second home. I needed a reliable, consistent, easy to work with dehumidifier. They seem to have all kinds of reasons why it's not working properly, that it takes time for it to work, then you have to begin slowly by 5% increment for it to work. Whomever bought a dehumidifer that's a rocket scientist to operate. It takes 7 hours before it begins to show a drop of water on the hose. So it takes 7-8 hours before it begins to work. Then for a high-powered dehumidifer, it's constantly running which means it's very slow working. I had a smaller inexpensive unit working so much faster and drawing out buckets of moisture within several hours. WARNING: DO NOT purchase from this website. I so regret this purchase.
UPDATE: Per our remorse return policy and a discussion with the customer, we sent a return label and deducted the cost from the refund as the unit was found to be in working order. The relative humidity and the set humidity levels were within 2% of each other, therefore there was very little moisture to be removed from the air.
Should have come here first - Clearly awful people. Their dehumidifier ruined by basement after just a couple of months - total junk. They ignored my calls and emails for warranty return/refund.
Purchased a WhiteWing Defender Dehumidifier 5/2015 for $1549. 99. Product failed 7/2018 just beyond manufacturers warranty. Company has no repair service network. Allergey Buyers Club (ABC) service helped me identify problem as loss of refrigerant. Representative Haden Monsegue advised there is a 5 year warranty if purchased through ABC and he was to advise how to proceed. Never responded. I called ABC again and advised representative Kelly of the situation. She was to speak with supervisor, verify warranty and advise how to proceed. No response again. Called again for Kelly - not available but representative was to have her return call. No response. Bottom line is if you want service shop elsewhere. We're not dealing with a $5 throwaway here. I expected some level of service support for a $1500 item. Order confirmation # *******.
This company is the worst ever with customer service. No support at all whatsoever. Be careful as they list no sales tax on their website but will always add it on to your order.

I bought a dehumidifier from allergybuyersclub... waited impatiently for reunds.on charge card,, I got pretty upset... until, finally it arrived after 7 days! They said it could take 3 to 7 days but I really couldn't understand why it would take that long. HOORAY... IT ARRIVED AND ALL IS GOOD! The customer service rep, Barbara, was really nice.
Was shopping for an air purifier and there was plenty of information to help me choose the right model and I even chatted with a product consultant who helped me as well.
11/24/2018 I placed order over the phone w/Kyle the manager. Provided credit card and set up a shipping date 16 days out.
When it didn't arrive around the time frame discussed, I did an online chat w/the customer service and they could not help. I emailed Kyle 2-3 times over a 3 week period and no reply. I called customer service and left the sales rep 1-2 voice mail message and no return call.
I called 1/4/2019 and the customer service rep was rude, unhelpful and told me they don't have the unit anymore and would not offer me a discount on a comparable unit to fit the same price I previously agreed and provided the credit card to pay for. The sales girl said the mgr was busy in a meeting as this was the start of their busy season and they had to learn about the new units. How rude that he would not come to the phone or return my emails/calls.
Don't buy anything from Allergy Buyers Club.com They don't manage inventory, they do provide the worst customer experience you'll every have! I'm buying from "Moisture Medic" now.
I have had a HORRIBLE experience with this company! The most unprofessional, uncaring customer service that I have ever encountered. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and reporting them. Was told that the unit I paid for would be shipped on a certain date and they not only did not ship, they admitted they made a mistake, and refused to expedite shipping. It has been an EXTREMELY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE! I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
If anything should go wrong with your order, if you require any assistance, if you want to return an item, be prepared to be ignored and have to take the situation up with your own credit card company.
I went with this site because the product I wanted was $100 cheaper than the competitor. But if I knew what I knew now, I would gladly pay the extra to avoid all this hassle. Save yourself the trouble (and money) and just order directly from the manufacturer, this distribution site is a mess.
I placed an order, which I cancelled (via online chat, email and phone call) days after. In spite of my cancellation, the order was shipped and left at my home.
I have requested a return shipping label and refund via online chat, email and phone call, each time I have been told that I will receive an email with instructions about how to complete the return, but the email (or any form of communication) never came.
My experience with Allergy Buyers Club has been more painful than watching someone put my hard earned dollar bills through a paper shredder.

"I purchased 2 extremely expensive replacement filters for my IQ Air system. They promised fast shipping. My debit card was charged immediately; however after 3 weeks of no correspondence or shipping notification, I started trying to contact them. You get a run around, the customer service number is for sales only and will not address concerns. For two weeks I demanded that my order be cancelled so I could buy the filters from a reputable company. Our air system had been down now for a month. They refused to cancel. I started getting form letters via email saying the filters had shipped and would arrive by the end of the week. By Friday, no filters. I again demanded a refund. They refused and said the filters would arrive by the end of the next week. Finally, after nearly 5 weeks, they arrived. I will NEVER purchase from this shameful company again. After these irregularities were discovered, I emptied my entire life savings to prop up the company. A month later, my own stage 3 B aggressive breast cancer was discovered and during 2014 I hired a professional manager to run the company while I battled for my life and am still doing so. The interim President made things much worse. So I sold the company to a much larger company who are in the health and wellness field. They are investing in the company and putting us back on track again, helping us grow and serve our customers once more with the attention and integrity that they deserve.

I called up to order a particular machine and they convinced me to buy a different one
I expressed t was for allergies and asthma and they ended up sending me a machine for VOCs
My symptoms got worse and I made several calls to them and they told me to keep running it at different speeds
I wanted to return it and because they never alerted me to the fact that I needed to return it in a certain period of time and they convinced me to keep it longer they said the time expired
My allergy symptoms were getting worse by the day allergy buyers club refused to take the machine back
I called the company Air Pura and they informed me that it was for VOCs and allergy buyers club tried to convince me that the owners of the company who make the machine were lying to me!
This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with They are rude and disrespectful they have no proper education on what they are selling And they are dishonest with their customers.
Air Pura Requested all of the correspondence because they considered taking it back and allergy buyers club did not send it to them and lied to me about getting that request as well.
I purchased a Fral dehumidifier model FDK70 in Oct of 2016. It failed in July of 2017 so I called the Fral company who acknowledged that this was a familiar problem with the FDK70. Later I received an E-mail from Allergy Buyers Club and was told to return the dehumidifier to them in its original container (who keeps this stuff). Anyway took the measurements 20X24X16 and weight 110lbs to UPS who said it would cost appx. $186.00 to ship it. So I called Allergy Buyers Club and made 2 suggestions, (1) contact a local refrigeration person to repair or (2) since I am about 70 miles from Bristol, could I personally deliver it. The response to both suggestions was no. So I guess the problem now is mine. Should I pay to have it repaired and hope it doesn't fail again, or eat the $1,000.00 that I paid for the item initially. Don't do business with these people.
