All Best Beauty advertised customer will get $10 credit for subscribe to their marketing emails. But they sent you fake invalid promo code. Love your fake misleading marketing and refused to answer my messages in Facebook when I enquire about this.
Would like to give 0 stars. Appalling customer service! As previous reviews have stated you can not contact this company by phone, only br email and I'm sure they send same email to all customers. I have still not received my delivery and that was ordered for a Christmas Gift, and I'm sick of them using Royal Mail Strikes as an excuse! Absolute joke! Do not buy from this company!
Very good site, I use it since 2011. Always top quality cosmetics never had suspicions about the quality or origin of cosmetics. Quick delivery, responsive customer service. They also do a price matching, I see it as a good practice to keep loyal customers.
My wife uses this a couple of times a year and the stuff is real and comes fairly quickly. Having been burned by the scam site www.scentmall.org which turned out to be a bunch of cowboy bastards in Bulgaria we will stick with Cheapsmells.com in Guernsey, Channel Islands from now on. Pay a little bit more and be safe!
I really like this site. They sell designer perfume brands at a discounted price. The prices on this site are very reasonable. They don’t only have perfume, but they sell cosmetics and skincare as well. This is a great site to get all of your basic needs from one store. I have been very satisfied with this company. They are not a scam.
Returned a £281 order on the returns label provided by All Beauty, and after 3 months of "investigation" through which I had to chase 5 times to get any kind of update I was asked to provide a postage receipt to provide proof of postage. I managed to dig out the postage receipt showing the exact tracking number from the label they provided, as well as the fact the tracking clearly shows I dispatched it, but All Beauty have said there is some "discrepancy" that they cannot disclose to me in the receipt? How convenient. I have checked the postage receipt against the label, and I see absolutely no detail that doesn't match up and funnily enough they won't tell me what it is? They now simply refuse to engage and will not refund.
Absolutely disgusting tactics by this company. You follow their returns process to the dot, use the return label they provided, the tracking shows you've dispatched it and you EVEN HOLD THE RECEIPT months later after they've intentionally longed you out, and they simply refuse to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. AWFUL SERVICE.
The products I purchase are always my go too but they always advertise with fake promo codes and do not offer an option to cancel and trying to get through to customer service is not helpful. At least the products for the price are authentic I hope.
I waited a month for a shampoo order and dealing with customer support was a nightmare from start to finish. Customer support was a combination of automated responses and canned and scripted off-shore support. After a month of useless interactions, my order was finally confirmed lost in transit. There are better domestic companies to do business with that have humans in customer support. This customer support process is broken and dysfunctional.
They didn't resposnd to my pre-purchase question but I ordered anyway. The product took 2 weeks to arrive with no updates. The shade was incorrect. Close, but incorrect. They did not respond to my email advising of their error.

So bad cosmetics. I am not allergic but I have problem after using products. You can badly injure your skin by the chemical that contain these products.

Allbeauty has been my go-to for perfumes for 3 years. Needless to say I have been happy with them. However, my most recent order became a disaster. I ordered Tabit from Tiziana Terenzi from them, paid £200+. The perfume arrived in horrid condition, with cap removed/fallen out, perfume bottle upside down, metal nozzle by the side, and perfume spilled everywhere inside the (perfume) box. It was clear that the perfume had been in this condition for a while, because not only there were stains and oils everywhere, the label on the bottle (with the brand and name Tabit) had partly came off, even some letters were faded(!). Needless to say I was beyond shocked. This all happened with a perfume that was perfectly cellophaned.
I picked up the phone to contact the customer service immediately. Upon providing the photo images, the Customer Service (Florence) said that they couldn't help as the invoice came with was not wet! And when I tried to explain further, she became impatient and frankly quite rude.
How one of my favourite shops downgraded to some shady businesses I don't know. The battle continues, but one thing is for sure - Please be cautious when you're purchasing high-value items from Allbeauty!

Answer: I do not even know where to begin as I am still psychologically traumatized by my ongoing experience with Allbeauty and their customer service. You really get what you pay for. About a week ago, I made an expensive purchase on the aforementioned site as I was buying a gift for my spouse. Before checking out, one has to put a " billing address" and " shipping address" ( if both addresses are different) which I did before making purchase. They went ahead and sent my package to the billing address ( where I haven't lived in almost 3 years) despite having my delivery address on file different from the billing address. The shipment take 7 days by the way. I called them to bring to notice their error and the lady on the phone vehemently denied having any record of my delivery address on file and claimed that my billing address was the same as my delivery address. She was cold as cold can be. I went on to take and send screenshots of my addresses on my account with them which reflects the different billing and shipping address but I got a reply with a screenshot from them only reflecting my billing address but "purposely " not including shots of my delivery address and claiming they have only one address on file serving as both billing and shipping address which IS A BLATANT LIE. They have told me to find how to go get my package back from an address I haven't lived at for 3yrs. They seem or pretend to be unable to comprehend that a billing address matched to a card does not ALWAYS mean same as shipping address I asked for the package to be sent to the correct delivery address or to be given a refund both of which wasn't addressed. Up till this point of typing, they refused to acknowledge both addresses being on file even though I still see both on file. I have lost $169 of gift which seems not much to some but it is for me and I am distraught by their insensitivity and lack of accountability and inconsiderate approach. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. I am wondering if there is a way to pursue legal service or if anyone has advise on how to pursue legal service because it is about principle, accountability and justice for me rather than just the money. I just do not want people to go through my experience and can see that a few review reflect similar experiences like mine. I will give an update if/when my situation changes.
