Very good site, I use it since 2011. Always top quality cosmetics never had suspicions about the quality or origin of cosmetics. Quick delivery, responsive customer service. They also do a price matching, I see it as a good practice to keep loyal customers.

So, I had a misfortune to buy a massage gun from this site. It didn't work and aftersales of enjoymassagegun.com a part being unprofessional and rude told me to send device at my own expense back to them with offering only 50% back. Device broke after 2,5 hours of use. I left a review for enjoylifemassagegun.com scam page and nlfitnessdeals.com on trust pilot, so these scammers raised a case saying that was never their customer, after I submitted my order review and extended my review by replying them indicating that they are wrong in selling counterfeit from anonymous manufacturer! After I have submitted proof of purchase my review was posted back. I have the email confirmation and photos of the device and screenshot from "amazing" customer service, and bank transaction details. Both these scammer sites are moderating reviews so nothing less than 5 stars (and some are obvious fake reviews) going through. I bought this scam in netherlands using iDeal payment method just to find out it doesn't offer any protection like chargebacks or disputes to their customer. Be aware!
