I bought a shirt for 13$ and I paid money
They told me they need 10 days to receive the
Order
They took from my card 15$ and send me the receipt
After 15 days they send me a message the order
Is on the way
After 1 week they send me a message saying
That they cancel the order bcz they didn't receive
Any payment from me and I already paid and they doesn't
Refund my money
U are stealers very bad costumers, I will tell everyone
To do not buy from u,
I am very upset, all the bad luck from me to you

They don't deliver products so who cares if it's cheap if you never get it in the end. Don't waste your time with this website.

Even though i submitted clear evidence that the seller lied and sent me something else, aliexpressdid not resolve the case correctly

I love AliExpress, here I can find anything at an affordable price. Fast delivery, I always get happy after receiving the package.

I love your site, I always order jewelry, home goods and clothing from you. Delivery is very fast and prices are reasonable.

Your company has been dishonest -
1. You said the dress was signed for - there is no signature
2. You said the dress was placed in mail box, the box is sized for paper mail not boxes or packages
3. You said the item was to have arrived - it has not
4. You said it was signed for, I am not home during the day during delivery time, I could not sign for dress
5. Live in over 100 resident apartment - if left at door it was not recieved

The dress was for a special occasion, it is not here. We have written four times and you refuse to refund my money. This a very bad business practice and unprofessional

Controller is excelent and I am very satisfated. The device is small and very realible, does not heat up during operation. This is the second time ordering this product.

I am posting this because I can see many amateur buyers rated low and the main reason is order is not received or order is not as described.
Well I have been through AliExpress for almost 2 years.
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT ALIEXPRESS, AMAZON AND EBAY are different and on their own platforms so please don't think that same rules on Amazon and Ebay would apply on AliExpress. In AliExpress everything will be safe if:
1. You know how to choose the right seller.
2. You know how to monitor your orders and open a dispute if you feel unsafe or something not good is happening ( it must be within protection period)
3. Do not confirm the order received even if you received it. You need to check it first.
4. Contact their customer service if you have questions or before making any moves like confirming dispute, making the orders.
5. Do not pay directly to the seller. Some fraud sellers wants you to pay offline and offer cheap prices.
6. You need to play wise.

These things would keep you safe.
AliExpress is not a scam, it is legit and it is safe if you know how to handle your account. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! RESEARCH THE RULES FIRST BEFORE MAKING SOME ACTIONS

I first started to purchase items from Ali Express in May 2022,these were a few tee shirts when they arrived from various different companies under the umbrella of Ali Express they varied greatly in quality to such an extend three I took to a complaint and in all fairness I was refunded within days. Various other items I purchased without any issues, I should mention that they were small items of fishing tackle and little could be arguable in this case. Then I purchased a few items over £40, one was with free shipping the other a guaranteed 15 day delivery. I had the shipping added in later on the free shipping and the 15 day guaranteed delivery turned up nearly a month later. I took both cases to dispute and neither Ali Express nor the retailer expressed any interest in a refund and gave a generic lip service reply. In both instances I took my dispute to my credit card company,in one case they have refunded me and the other is continuing.
With Ali Express I would consider the following before purchasing.
1. If you are in any kind of delivery date requirement,don't buy. Guaranteed delivery dates are used purely as a tool to advertise. All kinds of excuses are used to wriggle out.
2. Disregards any images relating to the size of the item, resizing and all kinds of image enhancements are used.
3.Expect most of your purchase to be non-original. Remember,in the main your item will be a Chinese reproduction and produce, herein known as (Crap).
Buying online can sometimes be a daunting experience and I have found eBay a far friendlier place and more likely to give both the buyer and the seller better protection,in fact there are a lot of sellers from Ali Express who trade via eBay, but at least you have a fairer system in place in the event of any issues.
Would I still buy from Ali Express,only certain items where I know misrepresentation is less likely.

Cannot contact the live agent, only the computer, could not help, haven't received the order and the seller ( LemonBest Official Store) liar and don't do any refund!

I bought a Samsung s23 ultra from aliexpress, but when i got it, it can,t work with my sim card, i am very disappoint it.

Worst company, thiefs, scams, never refund money, never get or ship my orders, don't buy from aliexpress.
