Im not that type of person to write reviews but seriously, SERIOUSLY... aliexpress is untrustworthy most of the time. Ok so i ordered a sweatshirt and it took months to come. I was really excited when it came but disappointed when it had A HUGE HOLE IN IT! HOW'D THAT HAPPEN?! There wasn't anything sharp in the box. My first experience with AliExpress and I give them 0 star. I am sharing my experience everywhere I can for people not to get scammed buy these sellers in AliExpress. This is my story:
I ordered a $300 phone from a company named "UMIDIGI" which is selling through AliExpress. They sent me a $8 headphone instead. Now that I am reading the reviews I see this is a common scam and they are doing that very regularly to lots of buyers across the world. I am surprised how AliExpress allows them to #steal from people just like that and does nothing. Are they partner in this scam? Are there other sellers in AliExpress that does the same? Is this how they make their money?
So far the dispute have not come to any solutions, so for me this was the LAST experience too and I will not buy anything else from them.

If you want to lose money, buy from these charlatans (crooks). If you try to track your order by using your log-in information (you are forced to create an account to place an order), you get a website that is in Turkish, and even with the spotty English translation via Chrome, your password is not good, and your email can supposedly be verified but after you receive the verification number, it is too late. I wasted half an hour just trying to sign in. It's an endless cycle of foreign gibberish (hell). DON'T ORDER FROM THEM EVER.

They advertised ten working day delivery, great because I needed it soon, then it became a " 14 day guarantee ", well I ordered on November 3rd and got my order on December 5th! And now there going to give me a whole DOLLAR because it was late! Its 14 day delivery from the time it leaves CHINA! And there package tracking is a joke! One day it's in my city and the next day it's still in customs! They dont have any guarantee to stand on!

I first looked up this company before buying to see if it was legit, I now know the good ratings are fake, I received 1 cheap item out of 10 I spent 57 and they claim I received all of them and because I can't prove I didn't receive them they won't refund me, STAY AWAY! THESE PEOPLE $***. 100% FRUAD! They give you three days to ask for a refund but they purposely show that it was delivered way before it really is. I did receive one item but showed delivered a week before it actually was so you wait to see if it's delivered and when it doesn't they claim you ran out of time. These people need to be banned from sending anything outside of their country.
This company had HORRIBLE service. My order was in their system for over 2 months and I did not get it in time for the event I needed it for. They told me multiple times it would be shipped in 3-5 days and it would be shipped express shipping and it was shipped 3 weeks after that without express shipping. I sincerly think that this site is ok and trustful. The only thing you have to check is the seller rating. Only in this way you can find a trust seller. Because one thing you need to know is that Aliexpress is an english alternative for TaoBao, which is the same website but for chinese only and Taobao is the chinese Ebay, if you understand what i mean. So check the seller 1st before buying. Think there's only few scammers and the problem is that those who want free shipping doesn't see, i think the ''15-60 day delivery''. But once i canceled the dispute the seller disappear. The aliexpress consumer service help sellers scam buyers. I have reported thousand of times the issues, but they said they can't help. I bought motherboard for my Toshiba laptop. The seller said "free cpu" and I took that to mean a cpu appropriate for the motherboard I was buying. He asked me what my processor is and I told him i5 460M. I even sent him snippet from the Toshiba technical specs. Instead he sent a P6100, a cpu that doesn't even belong in my rPGA889 socket. It wouldn't boot, but my cpu from my dead motherboard booted fine. Aliexpress dismissed my claim altogether. Apparently aliexpress expected that I'd be happy with a 6502. Wish I could give zero star rating.
