Please guys don't buy stuff from ali express. I have bought one product blazer from hycolorful a m store ali express. Return was free it shows me when i bought but when I got product and requested to seller and ali express customer service. They didn't help me. If it is faulty or any problem with product they don't help you guys. Don't buy stuff from ali express. I would go with ebay or any other website. $#*! customer service i have ever in my life. This is my first and last shop with ali express.

Order a face mask. Did not receive it. Did not get a refund. Was told to check with the neighbors to see if they received it… say what! Neadles to say this was the last thing I have ordered from aliexpress. It was only $14.00 but still…

This website is a complete joke as the people and companies that sell on it. The companies do not send their products as advertised. Then when you make a dispute about it. This webiste just sits around for two months until they finally tell you tuff luck and they are not going to do nothing about the issue. Best advice is to buy what you need from eBay or amazon. They actually care about their reputation other than this website or the companies selling on it. Hopefully trump will stop business with China so this site will go out of business as well as the crooked companies selling on it.

This company and its sellers are crap. My stuff never arrived. It is like throwing money away. They just say "we send your order" without being able to show me any proof.

I know they will change their covers to scam more ppl. It's not hard and Aliexpress allows them to do that as they are in the same boat.

That's the reason I will stay away from China or anyone from this country.

I ordered a dress from here and it didn't look anything like the picture, they steal pictures from other websites and bloggers and try to recreate the dress it is never the actual dress in the picture. The customer service was horrible and would not refund my money or let me send back the item. I had to open a dispute and try to escalate the dispute. They then told me they would refund me if I gave them a 5 star rating on their website! Never again will I waste my time!

I Ordered Watch 2 Months Ago. Yet not received my parcel. No Any Response from Customer Service.
I want to give even Zero Star But unfortunately that is unavailable.

It took 3 weeks for my dispute, and aliexpress gave the company SRICAM, 50% of my money. They awarded this company of the damaged, not working camera even after they found the product is not really working. They asked you to give them proof yet they gave this scam company who doesn't want to refund my money, who also told me "no return, "no refund. So I end up without security camera, just half of my money. So why asking me proof? This what we always saying, you got what you paid. It's probably ok on those small things but on any technology, BUYER'S BEWARE!

I bought a meat grinder from "The wind crafts Co" in China. I knew the rating for this site is pretty low so I just tried petty cash product costing $10.00 to test the water.

As I expected, the product arrived late and broke for the first time in use. The plastic parts were made out of cheap material and brittle. The first time when I turned the handle, it broke the hole that the handle goes in. IT IS WASTE OF MONEY and TIME.

They did not care about the feedback because they renew the product posting and old feedback is no longer posted for new potential buyers.

Never use this site to buy anything, especially clothing! I ordered a business outfit and when it arrived it was SO SMALL it wouldn't even fit a child! I filed a dispute with the seller to try to negotiate a settlement and was refused. To return it, would have cost an exorbitant amount of money so I tried to have them take off a little money and put it back into my credit card. All of the sizes are Chinese (a fact that is not mentioned on the site) thus the suit it is totally unwearable and I'm stuck with a garment that i cannot wear and am out of the money it cost.
Stay away from them unless you're very tiny!

I ordered a small goods just to try if thiis is a good source for buying stuff. Result is very bad. They charged very quick and sent messages that the goods was sent. I waited 5 days, 10 days, 20 days and nothing. Trying their web sites and it just going round and round and round... and my order simply do not show in their site. I think they charge the money then just walk away. I will not use them and suggest people don't use them either.

I ordered 3 items on February 21st and as of today, April 7th, I have only received one item. The item given to me was the wrong color and when I contacted aliexpress they told me they never had the color I ordered and were not going to have it in the future. Being That's the case, they should not have taken my money! And why advertise that it is available and why did they allow me to order it in the first place! They will only refund $3 and not the full $9.65. I think this business is out to get all the money they can even if unethical. No repeat business from me. This place doesn't deserve one star.

Almost all of the latest orders have not been received. Sellers order a fake track number (often for a package weighing 1-10 grams) and the product is simply registered for shipment or does not leave the warehouse. In the reasons for opening a dispute on order - the possibilities for the reasons for opening a dispute are curtailed + AliExpress often takes the side of scammers. So it's worth thinking a hundred times whether to buy on AliExpress in 20k21
