I have been buying books from Alibris for some years and I have but one complaint; at times there will be a two volume work that the listing does not indicate only one of the volumes is being sold.
Shipping fee of $4.99 is high, but given the book only cost $0.99, I guess I don't have much basis for complaining.
I love Alibris choices for my book club books. However, sometimes there's confusion when an order is cancelled and I need to re order. I understand this though and accept the possibility that my book has been "sold" to someone else in the "blink" of an eye.
