I have placed roughly 50-orders with Alibris and have been delighted with each-and-every purchase.
I tried to order this and another book yesterday, but when I got to the choice of paying by PayPal or a credit card and I chose credit card the screen would not let me proceed to give my credit card information. Now the other book is lost on the screen, perhaps because the seller has probably taking it off, thinking that it is now sold--unless it were put back and another has quickly bought it because it was such a low price.
I checked into my account with the email address and password I had been using yesterday, reviewed that order and placed two more items in my cart. I then placed that order on code and checked my email and returned to Alibris and my two items were still in my cart. I then went to checkout and them was required to check in again using the same password which was then rejected. I then had to reenter, form a new password which was required to be longer than the one I had used yesterday. Then made a new password, returned to my account and my cart was now empty, and had to place the order again. All of that wasted my time. Meanwhile, I never received my $5.00 coupon as promised yesterday as I signed up as a new customer.
Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was on time and the book was like new.
Less that the first time since my initial item was canceled and I had to reorder.
I wish shipping cost less, but I can almost always find the books I need for grad school in great condition - and cheaper than Amazon or Ebooks.

I had made the mistake of not signing in when I placed my book into the shopping cart. It ended up disappearing after signing in and was not coming up available any more. After contacting customer service and waiting a day or two, I was responded to with helpful service and got the matter taken care of so that I could purchase the book. This was during a two-day sale which ended during the time it took for me to get a reply but I was given the courtesy of getting the $5 off. There was also a glitch in the website during that time but all was taken care of and I am very happy with my purchase.
