Site is easy to navigate. Usually find what I'm looking for. The checkout procedure is smooth. Some sites seem to bounce you all over the place to try to place your order. Not fun.
One used book was not as described. Lots of underlining, contrary to Very Good label. Delivery was slow and oddly placed. Made it hard to find. Need a delivery confirmation system more like Amazon.
Books of an older vintage are hard to find. Alibris has very rarely, if ever, let me down.
