I have purchased books through alibris several times through the years and have always been happy with my books. They are usually in better condition then they described.
If you buy books online... buy from alibris. You won't be disappointed.

This is a nice website. I am in Seattle, and I appreciate learning about Richard's journey and I always love to support booksellers like this as a writer, poet and former bookseller myself.

It seemed awkward to find the condition.
Before selecting, I want to know how much shipping will be.

Cart emptied when I reset my password and book in cart was no longer listed in search.

This was awesome and so easy! I've been meaning to grab some books for some 2021 goal making and it feels great starting my goals supporting small book sellers.

I have a number of old and obsolete entries for mailing address, shipping address etc. I would like to delete them to remove clutter but see no obvious way to do that as I check out. Best of all I'd like to pay with Paypal so as to avoid having to leave my credit card and address on file with you. But I saw no obvious way to do that either. If it's possible to do these things, then make that blinding obvious to dumb users like me right at the start of the check-out process. E.g. Offer the choice right up front: Pay with credit card OR pay with Paypal. Or offer the option to delete addresses in my address book.

Shipping is a little confusing and not well explained. I spent more time shopping than I probably needed to because of it.

Found what I wanted at a great price and ordering was a breeze

I didn't find your website as easy to navigate as some others. Don't think the first time I tried you showed shipping charge before the ordering page. Somehow kept giving me more copies of the book than I wanted. Anyway, I order usually from another site that I don't have these problems with (shows shipping charge right under price). Yours took longer, and was annoying, and no live customer service.
