Easy to navigate and check disclosures while shopping and not losing your order/cart items.

Great experience so far, but would like shipping to be a bit faster as it could be via standard shipping.

I ordered books and other materials for many years as one of my "Go-to" vendors in my position at the Alkek Library at Texas State University. Alibris is always reliable today being no exception.

Very easy to purchase a book my Grandfather wrote. I will be purchasing all of them as funds become available.

Your check-out forms & information are the easiest I've ever used. It allowed me to sign-in after I'd chosen the book, and it allowed me to update my credit card without having to go back a page. Thank you!

Your "good" category is much too broad. I have received "good" books that I considered fair to poor. One "good" listed today said the book was bent and would not lie flat; that is at least only fair and maybe poor. "Good" should allow some, but minimal, highlighting or marking of text. I do not like having to return, or get credit for, books that I would not want to keep.

It is pretty good but shipping is super annoying so if it was a little bit cheaper that would be better.

I had never ordered a book before so it was a little confusing but all in all was able to figure it out. Now for your defense online ordering is new to me so I probably made it more difficult then needed. Thankyou

I like how easy it is to compare the prices and conditions of used books from different sellers.

Mobile browsing is difficult at best. When choosing next page, it appears at the bottom and you have to scroll up, then down to get to next page. Add page search at top of page. All books coming from same seller. Shipping is too high. Items should be bundled at shipped at book rate. Not happy.
