Shipping is more reasonable than others. I had some trouble getting it to take my password. A password reset was sent to my email and prob. Was resolved.
I like that you give out coupons, but they all seem to be for if you order over $50 at once. I don't normally order more than one book at once. Maybe you could start a rewards program that accumulates and gives a bonus once you reach a certain amount of money spent. That would be more realistic for me.
