What can I say? It will take me longer to type this message than to buy a wonderful book at a great price. Alibris gives me a list of option which are easy to compare. Paypal checkout if offered too., I can't think of any improvements.

My experience has been very unsatisfactory. You do not allow a choice among credit cards, so I continually have to re-enter credit card info - switching between business (where I get reimbursed) and personal. But this time, the order (for Carlo Rovelli, *Helgoland*) got placed before I was even aware of being in the cart. I received BOTH a message saying there was something wrong with the order because the cart was empty, AND a confirmation of the order indicating it had been placed - but on the WRONG credit card, because I had no opportunity to change the card info. I have increasingly been going to Abebooks due to not wanting to face these issues.
