The shopping experience is fine, selection is great, however, in the past rec'd some dvd's that didn't work, one seller replaced immediately, but 2nd seller gave me a hard time. As a result, haven't used Alibris for some time now but willing to try it one more time.

It was then left to me to try and track it down; the seller was not very helpful and did not offer to reimburse me (for a movie I never received).
