I've been using alibris for years and love it. If I'm buying a book or movie, I always check alibris first. Easy to search for what I need and the price and quality I want. The prices are incredible. I have been able to buy books that I never would have on my budget; including textbooks when I was in college.

When I tried to checkout as a registered user, the website told me I had to sign in as a guest. When I signed in as a guest, the website said that the book in my cart was no longer available.

The checkout process with free shipping is very confusing! I selected the link with the free shipping and the lower price that produced a screen with a higher price that included shipping. I was very hesitant to complete the order and provide my credit card information. In fact, I started an order on Amazon but the price was higher. As a result, I came back to the Alibris site and provided my credit card information. Once I entered the credit card information, the review screen showed the original lower price.
I tried using your "Contact Us" but discovered it would not provide me with any immediate assistance.
