There was confusion in your check out system that does nto announces clearly enough thta the shipping address comes first. If oyu make the mistake of entering your billing address first, you cannot go back and correct. I had to send oyu an email then the next day your system gad finally forgotten my records and I could re-enter the addresses correctly.
Also, I am sending a book to a friend. But nowhere in your check out process do you specify whether an invoice will be mailed along with the book. I would rather my friend not read an invoice or worry about the price of the gift. You should allow for a "is this a gift?" check in the process to allow for this concern to be addressed.
