Clicked your discount coupon (two dollars off shipping for purchases over twenty dollars) and there was no response so I was forced to pay the full shipping amount on my order of 29.67. Also no response on the one-day $15 dollars off coupon. No matter how I clicked those discount offers nothing was done. So, with all your coupon offers they were useless for me today. Very disappointing.

Your method of sneaky posting of prices is VERY underhanded. All shipping appears to be the same amounts IS THAT DUE TO YOUR POLICY? Shipping cost do not appear until final step of check out, unless you dig further to discover actual shipping cost. Since the customer has nearly finished their purchase they are reluctant to go back and cancel their purchase.
I do not understand. When I entered my $90 order for two book, it said my purchases was paid shipping but a $4.50 charge was already in my invoice and it was never deducted and stayed all through to check-out.
Also, your photos of the books showed two different hardbound covers, but each has corresponding item numbers. How do I specify that I want matching covers for Volume 1 & 2? Sam Orsak
