Very easy to find books and an easy process to buy
Your shipping cost are too high. I get an email indicating a coupon code to apply to my order; no limitations were indicated. Then when I applied it my order did not meet the minimum requirement. These type of surprises and not helpful. You should state up front what the conditions are for the coupon. This is likely my last order. Why do I need to agree to publish my assessment. Very pushy.
