The site wasn't bad except for some computer glitches I had to renew my order to get my book I needed.

Love shopping on your site, have done so since college but never created an account.
I signed up for a $5 off coupon and the coupon was not sent. I placed my order without receiving the benefit of the coupon. Also, I find it ridiculous that 3 of my books came from the same location and yet the shipping was still over $11. Shipping should change according to the size order that is coming from one location, especially since shipping is so low on books. I feel that the current setup is somewhat of a scam for your customers.
So far it is ok. Need so see the condition of the book is and how long it takes to get here.
