I never have a chance to review my order. I wanted this sent to someone as a gift and I never had a chance to review and edit or confirm the info. I like your website but several times now, I've had to immediately cancel an order because it was a duplicate when I was trying to get more info on the cost of shipping or where it was coming from or anything. Somehow I end up ordering instead of viewing the order. Other than that I love your service!

Website acted weird. I ordered as a guest, not login to account, then selected item, then specified the recipient and mailing address. Then it tried to make me create an account and put in mailing address again. Rather than that, I went "back" a couple screens and got to payment screen and it allowed me to order without setting up an account. This is a one-time gift so I didn't want recipient's address to be my permanent address.
Everything was quick and easy. I am a happy customer.

Some of your sellers are getting very lax on the quality of the books they ship out. A VERY GOOD, needs to be very good and not caked with dirt so they are skipping the gradings all together and anything that is not new, they slap on a vg.
Second time this has happened in two weeks. Sellers need to look at the sides for stains, mildew, etc BEFORE grading!
