When I first signed on here yesterday, I was looking for something specific of which there was only one copy. So then between trying to remember my old password and being shut out of my account, I tried to start a new account and was told I needed to sign in to my old account. Rock and a hard place really! Then when I finally got the new password, I found that the item I wanted was no longer available. Within ten minutes' time. Then today I get an email from alibris saying I have something in my cart. I sign in, nothing in my cart. Then down at the very bottom of the page, I finally find my previously searched item and finally get an opportunity to order it. A very frustrating experience.

This is a second time I have ordered this. The contractor/vendor that you engaged to sell the first book I ordered failed, and the Birthday gift will not be here on time. I am really disappointed. I ordered in plenty of time to get the book when I needed it. I hate Amazon and I want to never use that site, but I hope there is no glitch this time.
