I found it very cumbersome to have to wait and enter gads of info to get a shipping estimate ( I had to find my account and create a new password, just for a shipping estimate. Now that I consider most books likely ship for about $4.50, I won't worry so much. Otherwise, a simpler way to estimate shipping would have made it easier/faster!

I bet the $5 shipping will be media mail, which takes at least 1 month to reach Hawaii from the mainland. It's ok, i don't mind waiting. Just fyi- Hawaii customers should anticipate longer shipping times. :) And most of us are used to that by now. It's really ok, it comes with the territory. Just telling you so that you can be advised.
