Over the years, I have received what I have ordered. If there was a mix-up, Alibris rectified it.
Books almost always arrive as promised and Alibris tries hard to correct glitches.
There are no previews of the inside of books, it's difficult to tell one edition from another of the same title. I wish there was a way to sort searches by ISBN. Also the shipping was double the cost of the books! In my case it would have been cheaper to drive to the seller and pick them up.

When I order many books FROM THE SAME DISTRIBUTOR, I expect to get a break on shipping charges. It does not appear that I do. I'm a former publisher who knows how much Media Mail costs. You are way OVERCHARGING me and everyone else.
