The book I wanted was no longer available and I received an email that stated that if another was available it would be added to my basket. I didn't see one so I ordered another myself. This message was confusing. There are alot available.

Shipping costs are way too high, especially when buying multiple books from the same seller.
Easy to checkout. Easy to establish an account. I thought I had one with you but you graciously sent an email saying none were found, which is better than IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT. So kudos to the attention to detail.
