I lost my password, and when I got a new one my cart was emptied. One of the books I had in the cart was used and I could not put it back into the cart. Very bothersome. Waste of my time and I lost a book I wanted. Your web site could be better.

Misleading email ad, there was not free shipping no matter what combination of books I chose with your suggested range before I place my order. Why not be honest and say that there is no free shipping outside of the US.
