I had to change my billing address info 4 times before it was accepted. I put in the correct info over and over and finally it worked.
Shipping & handling charges are excessive. I'll be going back to ThriftBooks (or some other dealer) in the future. I also find it deceitful that the prices shown do not reflect the S&H and Sales Taxes. When ThriftBooks lists a price, it includes everything. And free book credits are accrued there, too.

I had logged in, spent an hour ordering books, went to check out and had to sign in again. It chose to not recognise me and had to redo password only to find my order had been dumped and had to build it all over again. Very annoying.

So I got a blue-ray DVD for 3.49. Shipping was ~$4 at 3-9 days. There was an option for 3-5 days trackable. When I clicked on this it didn't update (nor was there an option to update to see if there was any changes to price) and when I submitted my order the shipping jumped to $9+. I also noticed the tax increased. I noticed that tax was being calculated on shipping as well. Seriously? So I clicked on the link to the seller to cancel the order and it wouldn't take me to the sellers contact info. I won't be using your site again until this stuff is addressed.
