U offered a coupon for signing up to your email list however u don't disclose that u have to some specific amount to even use the coupon. Sort of a bait and switch
When I received confirmation email of my order it had my name with the shipping address although I had someone else's name there. Also the search window is too simplistic -- put in the information that could be title or author--sometimes too many finds.
