For a first time buyer here it is fairly straightforward. During checkout, it displayed $39 for shipping but eventually didn't show up on the final review page. However, it did make me feel concerned that the coupon and free shipping wouldn't work. Maybe fix that bug so that shoppers know that shipping is free during checkout?

It took multiple attempts to update my shipping address as, during the order process, I couldn't update it. Backed out. Updated it and set as default. Re-entered my cc a 2nd time only to see that my old shipping address was STILL listed. Backed out and deleted it completely from my account before having to enter my cc a 3rd time. This is horribly redundant and unnecessary. And to leave this comment, I have to agree to allow your publishing it on other websites? That's lowering my likelyhood of recommending you.

After I clicked "place order" I was taken immediately to the Payment page. At that point there was no way to edit my shipping address until I went back and then had to re-enter all my financial information once the address had been updated. Not cool.
