It was a good experience. It was rapid and smooth payment was easy and the process was very smooth.
I had to place this order twice. The first time I got stuck on a page that showed me 2 different addresses. When I tried to continue, I kept getting the same page - until I simply blew away the browser and tried again. The second time I was able to place the order. (I think I did see the address page again, but this time I got past it; unfortunately at this point I don't remember the details.)
Kept freezing - I needed to update my bank can, however the site seemed unable to remind me of this an kept becoming unresponsive with no explantation

Very quick and convenient - the longest part of the ordering process was my having to look up my new debit-card number and type it in! Tremendously efficient - the website, not me!
The site is easy to navigate, links from bookfinder work seamlessly and enable further examination of other copies etc. etc. It also convieniently stores address payment details etc.
There is no way to update my payment information and every time I try to buy a book it says it doesn't work. I have to save the same credit card information over and over again. I think this is because it does not store the 3 digit security code. It is incredibly annoying.

You wouldn't take my credit card which is perfectly valid, so I had to give details of my debit card instead - much time wasted, and ill-will in large quantity generated - what is wrong with your organisation?
Easy to order, nice that you take American Express, I wish you'd take payPal, too (do you?), and especially I wish that it would be mandatory for booksellers of hardbacks to write whether or not the dustjacket is included. ALWAYS.
It should be stated more clearly that currency needs to be USD to be able to check out.
