I've been charged international postage for a book going from the USA to the USA, for starters. Which makes me very angry. Then it rejected my Visa card entirely and I had to start again with a Mastercard. I'm beginning to rather go off Alibris. None of your offers are valid for more than a few seconds. Frankly, purchasing from you is becoming a bit of a nightmare.

Except for my last order which still has not come, I have been impressed by the speed of delivery and quality of the purchases. It would be nice to have an email from Alibris to explain a prolonged delay.

Fun coming across titles I had not expected. So good to recycle books.

I prefer to use Alibris than other online stores. I have used Alibris for many years now and always find a range of books in good condition at fair & affordable prices. I do think, however, that if one is purchasing a number of books from one store, there could be a shipping discount.

Really difficult to find a voucher that worked. Tried over a dozen, orders had to be over £30 or £40, wasted a lot of time and effort... should have bought elsewhere but got so fed up with it and desperately need the book had no other choice than to proceed.

I am blind and your site is not sight-impaired friendly. Otherwise it was Ok. I don't know whether I opted out of the email messages from you but I cannot deal with a lot of stuff in my inbox so please adjust if I signed up for messages. Thank you.

Otherwise fine, but there were so many technical problems in the end (during and just prior to checkout) that it made the shopping experience feel insecure, nearly non-functional. Otherwise all was fine!

Excellent... my only concern is that the £2.99 shipping from the USA to the UK (which is very reasonable) will either mean that I receive the book sometime in two years time, or else I will end up just getting a message next week saying "Sorry, we actually meant to meant to charge you £XX. XX". In addition, with buying something from so far away, until this book is in my hand I will almost certainly be worrying if my money will go missing!

Generally excellent service. On 2 occasions 1 book from the order didn't arrive. I did contact the seller but once got no response this last time I did get a response and they sent me tracking information.

Only knew author but didn't take long to locate title,lots to choose from;went mid price.Looking forward to re visiting an old text book from school to remind myself of volcanic features before a holiday to the. Azores,can only remember vague terms to do with glaciation,

Ordered many. Many book from Alibris. In my experience all the individual suppliers provide fast efficient service. Books are true to stated condition. A great site to find books not available elsewhere. Great fan.

I selected 5 CDs, went to checkout but needed a new password and also have a new address. When this was done, you told me my basket was empty. So I returned to shop, but now the items I had selected are no longer available or in some cases more expensive. I am not happy.

I live in the netherlands, we do not have Visa nor Mastercard credit cards, most of us only have debit cards. I had to ask a friend from Italy to lend me his Visa to pay for the book. Please offer more payment gateways, Paypal would be great.

The price given on Just Books included shipping, I ended up paying a very slightly lower price for the book, but then got an unexpected 3.99 shipping charge. Probably my mistake somehow but still annoying.
