I couldn't have any clue to the estimated date of receipt of my parcel, until I click on the "Place Your Order" button. I had to pay before I could know approximately when my order would be delivered. This is not normal.
Difficult to change shipping address. Shipping cost is not reflected until last to next step after changing shipping address. Billing address should accept name of USA state or two letter code for the state. Delivery time needs to appear after changing address.
If I put a one star rating (I won't bore you with the reasons) and your response is: 'Oh you can't possibly mean that - would you like to think again?' then you are just inviting an even more negative response. Try not to be so irritating.
Your site refuses to accept the credit card which I normally use. There is nothing wrong with this card. I have had to find my secondary credit card, kept for transactions abroad, and use that. This has been very time wasting and massively irritating. Please remove whatever obstacle you have placed on my card.
I found the whole process easy - Simple and straightforward...often a rare experience online these days, where so many experiences have become needlessly complicated and frustrating...
After hunting for the books I wanted on Amazon, I realised Amazon did not sell the books I wanted. A quick internet search of my desired books led me to Alibris books. Screw Amazon, I don't like being censored anyway.
So far so good. I am slightly concerned that the description of my order no longer includes the specific UPC code: **************. I specifically want this version and hope that this is what the seller HPB Movies will provide (as was listed).
Trying to update account to a new email address was tiresome. The site "clung on" to my old, obsolete, not working email address relentlessly in about six different fields in the "my account" page. I lost the will to live and gave up.
I found in alibris exactly what I wanted. The best product with an easy buying process and reasonable price
