I requested a refund after receiving a damaged arcade game. Despite providing photos, videos, and a signed acknowledgment of the damage from the delivery driver, my claim was denied. Alibaba initially offered me only $400 for a $7,200 purchase, which I declined, expecting a proper resolution. Instead of holding the seller accountable or facilitating an exchange, they outright rejected my claim—including the $400 they had originally proposed—simply because we couldn't agree. Thankfully, American Express is actually advocating for me. Alibaba is a complete scam, with the majority of sellers being dishonest. Avoid them at all costs, and don't be fooled by the low prices—if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I just received my order, the supplier "Jimmy: was professional quick responsive and detailed oriented, shipped on time and delivered on time, product seams quality and as descried did not have the chance to try it yet but i trust it's quality and as it say, ill leave a comment or change my review otherwise, happy with my purchase and hopefully more to go.

Stop wiring cash to this company. If they cannot accept a legitimate credit card payment, then they are not safe to do business with. They say offer a money back guarantee but will not help the buyer get their money back or product delivered.

I have had mostly good results buying from Chinese companies through Alibaba. At first I was not sure I could trust companies in a foreign country like this. But over time I have found that they do not defraud me. The companies vary, and you definitely need to try to find the better ones, and it would be best if you could actually walk up to the equipment and try it out. I buy heavy equipment from China, and once it ships across the ocean, it is not generally viable to ship it back. I have had some communication difficulties with the vendor agents in China, but overall that part can be worked out. They generally know the specs for their products. The main thing is value for money, and Chinese companies perform pretty well in this regard. You have to figure in large tariffs and assorted shipping and port fees, which are not small. But even after all of that I am satisfied with the end result.

Absolutely bad experience with Alibaba.com. Seller on Alibaba behaved criminal by blackmailing me, fraud sending me product which is not according sales agreement. Seller tricked me by lyiing until dispute period was over.
Alibaba supports this criminal behaviour by DENYING ANY support. No matter how I tried they found hundreds of excuses to not opening dispute channel again.
Don't by through Alibaba, you are not protected!
