I have ordered for 2 pants from Alibaba.It is almost 20 days my order is not delivered yet. When iam trying to ask about my order they are least bothered to respond me. After 2 days of conversation i see it is showing my order is delivered on the app. When iam trying to contact them none of them is responding. They have took my money and did not delivered my order they have cheated me.

I always thought I needed to be a giant corporation or rich to create custom merchandise of my own original designs of things I do not have the equipment for, in order to higher a manufacturer that is trusted, good to their workers, and reliable in quality, (like pins, acrylic keychains, plushies etc.) and Alibaba proved me wrong. The site puts reliable companies at the top of search results, companies that have been around for years with good standing and professionalism and outsourcing that you can trust, and treat their workers well with hours of operation, holidays off, etc. And you can read up on each company's personal page, look at reviews, see their years of experience and so on to do your research so you can find a company that suits your needs and views. I love this site. Thanks to Alibaba I as a small independent artist can outsource to many different company's and speak to them directly without the need of a middle man, and without needing to be the CEO of Walmart or Amazon in order to afford production of merch. It is amazing.

Sometimes people are afraid their stuff will be stolen, hire an unethical sweat shop, or receive cheep garbage in quality because of the false stigmas Americans have of "China", this is not true! I've received nothing but good quality, trust and can even write out contracts if you're worried about theft, you can trust these companies, and with their hours of operation, holidays off, and benefits, I know they are treated right. This is NOT cheap sweat shop bootleg junk! Infact I have received better service and quality from my manufacturers on Alibaba, than all the times I've tried American manufacturers before switching to my companies in Alibaba! These factories aren't located in poor villages being taken advantage of, these are legit companies with real equipment and they take the honor of their product and workmanship very seriously, as not to dishonor themselves and their clients which is a big deal in China. Don't believe horrible stigmas that were planted from the 50s! Do your research before choosing a company, and you will be amazed!

I spent over $2000, 00, and buy this FoodArt Printer from Alibaba on February 27,2022. The company name is Sinojoinsun from Wuhan. The same day I took it out of the box it was giving problem. First the printer had green ink all over it, plus ink sack wouldn't work, it prints with streaks makes loud noises and the color was dull. I had a dispute with the company which I lost after almost two months of uploading videos and sending pictures. The printer now doesn't even print anything it just makes noises and moves forward and back with no picture. I have finished the ink doing head cleaning and bought another set. This is not a legitimate business at all they rip me off knowing full well this company does not have a factory, They send me an old junk printer they refurbished. Alibaba knows what these people are doing and allow them to sell us metals, that's what I got. I have a big chunk of metal sitting on a table for over $2000, and it does nothing but make noises. The US should be doing more to help consumer. I worked hard for my money and they basically stole it. As you can see in the video I did on June 21,2022 from this site recording it just isn't working. I am so frustrated and sadden. Please do not waste your money they are deceptive. The Trade assurance is a joke. If I got something out of box that is not functioning I should have gotten a refund or exchange. It shouldn't be I lost the case because the seller said it was on fast speed. What? This is ridiculous. Does this printer looks like it's on a fast speed? If I could give zero I would. Everything zero.

The product it excellent, i'm very happy with it and the shipping it very fast. I recommend this product to everyone.

Alibaba represents any vendor with no credibility checks, background assessment or the like. They are an Amazon wannabe without the credibility or morals.
One of their vendors scammed us on a total lie about the product (flower baskets) being sold through Alibaba.
Upon contacting Alibaba we learned the refund and complaint process is intentionally complicated to discourage using the site.
Alibaba is just another China based liar.

This is my third order. All fast and correct. If there is a defect in the product, a solution will be found quickly.

This site could be a goldmine, but it is a HUGE struggle to maneuver it, as it is SO BROKEN in so MANY WAYS... And everything advertised on Alibaba is more or less fake. Fake information, fake prices, Fake promotions, Fake reviews, etc, etc, etc, etc, And now Alibaba them self are faking the information about if supplier is a trading company or manufacturing company... So Alibaba's OWN mind set is FAKE IT OR IT VILL NOT SELL... So sad as this website could be a goldmine if done correctly. Aliexpress is managed MUCH better, even though more and more fake companies are popping up there too now... I spend 500-1000 hours every year on Alibaba, and it is SO FRUSTRATING navigate through all broken functionally...

I will never recommend anyone use this website unless you want your money scammed. I have never received my package its been more than three months and the tracking number I was given doesn't exist. I tried escalating to their customer line but they protect their own, apparently they can't refund me my money back because supplier claims he shipped the package but how when it can't be tracked online? Don't buy from this site
