We Americans can be somewhat hesitant when ordering products internationally. However, I'd like to say what a FANTASTIC job Xiamen Zhansong Commerce Trading did with my order. I've heard horror stories from other people about their orders never arriving and losing all the money they had paid.
Xiamen Zhansong Commerce Trading is a company you can trust! They fulfilled my order on exactly the timeline they said they would. I especially liked that I was able to use trusted FedEx shipping when placing my order. When I asked for my tracking number, they sent it straight away and I was able to monitor the progress of my package.
They were very timely in their responses to all questions or concerns I had, which I was able to ask via the CHAT portal in my account. Fisher Yu communicated with me perfectly in English, so you don't have to worry about that.

Have not needed to dispute or seek support; so far my experiences have been excellent for 10 years. Perhaps I have been fortunate in my selection of suppliers; there is a lot of homework invested in each purchase which requires a lot of time. There are a multitude of suppliers listed with Alibaba. I do not trust easily; it has to be earned. Considering the logistics of overseas transactions, it is hoped that my good fortune continues. There is no substitute for direct communication with a supplier or his agent; again, there are many options listed with Alibaba for everything under the sun.

I am in the middle of a dispute with Yiwu Chuanqi Household Goods Co., Ltd. since the beginning of June till now. I am at the risk of losing USD1800 now. A stack of product of poor quality which cannot be sold. I'm left with 2 options -
1. Sell and destroy my brand
2. Lose my USD1800 because the supplier is not willing to refund and Alibaba cannot help.
The supplier provides poor quality of the product which is different from what is shown on the platform. The reason given is that we negotiated for a lower price so which means to say - 'you negotiate a lower price, the supplier agrees and provides a lower quality product without informing'.
Please avoid this supplier - Yiwu Chuanqi Household Goods Co., Ltd. if you can help it.
If you must deal with them, you have been warned.
Alibaba should be strict with the suppliers on their platform, I mean seriously... there is no shortage of suppliers out there who will not want to use your platform.
Buyers are the ones who keep the platform alive, not the suppliers.
