Hello, I am reporting support for criminal activity through alexhost.com. The website supports criminal activities on the websites: $#*!chaturgirls.com, webcam-record.com, manyrecs.com, etc., which illegally record people streaming on the chaturbate.com platform and share the recordings on their websites, earning a lot of money from it.
My Experience ===
I've hosted with AlexHost and their services are COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE and OVERPRICED for the services they provide.
I've had my website GO OFFLINE NUMEROUS TIMES every single month I've used their hosting, and all the support can do is IGNORE MY UNSATISFACTION as a customer.
Support ===
Their support does not answer tickets effectively.
When I have to open a ticket, which is very often, I'm always left unsatisfied.
The support agents don't seem to know exactly what goes wrong so they ignore the real issue and expect the customer to continue hosting with them. Don't make that mistake like I did.
Conclusion ===
DO NOT HOST WITH ALEXHOST if you run a business that needs uptime to serve their customers. They will not be a reliable host for you. I warn you!

First one, you are spamming the whole services with your review about us (with you have the right)
But you don't have the right to call us scammers.
We are in the market since 2013, if the services are provided to you and if is "completely dead" how this can be a scam? The service was delivered to you.
Also you are using "Shared Web Hosting" with is 10€ yearly, did you know that resources are shared?
You use a lot of CPU and RAM in shared hosting this is one of reasons why your website doesn't "function properly".
If you want dedicated resources, you should go with Dedicated Servers or VPS that will do better. In last case upgrading your package to LiteSpeed Web Hosting.
"Their service is simply brokan and nothing works" > NOTHING is a strong word, if nothing works. How you are able to login to your services and client area?
